Basic terms for using MarginIQ FBA during Founder Beta.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using MarginIQ FBA, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
Description of service
MarginIQ FBA helps Amazon FBA sellers model launch economics, compare product candidates, and generate decision reports.
User account
Users are responsible for maintaining account access, protecting credentials, and using accurate information inside the tool.
Founder Beta access
Founder Beta access is activated after the applicable payment or manual approval. Features may change during beta. Access may be revoked in case of abuse, misuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.
Refund guarantee
7-day refund guarantee. If MarginIQ FBA is not useful for your pre-PO decision workflow, contact support within 7 days of purchase and we’ll review/refund your Founder Beta payment. Refund requests are handled manually through support@marginiqfba.com. Refund processing times may depend on the payment provider and the customer’s bank.
No professional advice
MarginIQ FBA is an analysis and decision-support tool. It does not replace financial, tax, legal, accounting, or professional advice.
User responsibility
The user is responsible for business decisions, purchase orders, supplier negotiations, Amazon compliance, tax/legal obligations, and final investment decisions.
Acceptable use
Misuse, unauthorized access, reverse engineering, automated abuse, scraping, attempts to bypass authentication, or harmful activity are not allowed.
Intellectual property
MarginIQ FBA branding, UI, logic, content, and design belong to the owner unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of liability
MarginIQ FBA is provided as-is, especially during beta. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the owner is not liable for losses caused by business decisions made using the tool.
